Zoho pricing in Nigeria is published in Naira, which makes budgeting far easier than with software priced only in dollars. Even so, most business owners struggle with the same questions: which edition do we need, should we buy Zoho One or individual apps, and what will the real annual bill be?
This guide sets out Zoho's current Nigerian list prices for the most popular apps, converts them into annual costs, walks through worked examples and gives you a simple rule for deciding when Zoho One is the better deal.
How Zoho pricing in Nigeria works
Zoho pricing in Nigeria follows four simple principles:
- Prices are in Naira. Zoho publishes Nigerian prices in Naira for most apps, so your costs do not move with the exchange rate after you subscribe.
- Annual billing is cheaper. Paying yearly saves up to about a third compared with monthly billing on many apps. All figures in this guide use annual billing.
- Different apps charge differently. CRM and Desk charge per user, Books charges per organisation with a set number of users included, and Zoho One charges per employee.
- VAT is added. Zoho's prices exclude local taxes, so Nigerian VAT at 7.5% is added to your invoice.
Prices below are Zoho's published Nigerian list prices on annual billing, as shown on zoho.com in October 2026, excluding VAT. Zoho updates prices from time to time, so ask us for a current quote before you budget.

Worked examples: what businesses actually pay
Here is how Zoho pricing in Nigeria plays out for two real-world scenarios.
Example 1: a 20-person distribution company
Eight salespeople need CRM Professional, five customer service agents need Desk Professional, and the finance team uses Books Professional.
| Item | Annual cost |
|---|---|
| Zoho CRM Professional, 8 users | ₦1,700,160 |
| Zoho Desk Professional, 5 agents | ₦1,062,600 |
| Zoho Books Professional, 1 organisation | ₦91,200 |
| Total standalone apps | ₦2,853,960 |
| Zoho One, 20 employees | ₦6,837,600 |
Here, standalone apps cost less, because only some employees need software and each needs just one app.
Example 2: a 30-person services firm where most staff use several apps
If each employee needs both CRM Professional and Desk Professional, standalone licences cost ₦425,040 per person per year before adding Books, HR, projects or analytics. Zoho One costs ₦341,880 per employee per year and includes all of those apps. For 30 employees that is ₦10,256,400 on Zoho One against at least ₦12,751,200 for just two standalone apps.
Zoho One or standalone apps: a simple rule
The biggest decision in Zoho pricing in Nigeria is whether to buy Zoho One or individual apps. Use this rule of thumb:
- Choose standalone apps when a small part of your team needs one or two apps, for example a sales team on CRM and an accountant on Books.
- Choose Zoho One when most employees need two or more paid apps, or when you plan to connect sales, finance, service, HR and projects in one system. Two Professional-tier apps per person (₦425,040 a year) already cost more than Zoho One (₦341,880 a year).
- Plan for growth. If you expect to add HR, projects or analytics within a year, compare the full future stack, not just today's needs.
Every business is different, so we always prepare a side-by-side comparison of Zoho One against the standalone apps you actually need before recommending either.
Costs beyond licences
Zoho pricing in Nigeria covers software licences only. Licences are only part of the budget, so plan for these too:
- Implementation: discovery, configuration, automation and integrations.
- Data migration: moving customers, products, balances and history.
- Training: role-based sessions for each department.
- Support: help after go-live, new users and ongoing improvements.
- Add-ons: extra storage, WhatsApp messaging credits, telephony or SMS where needed.
A well-scoped implementation costs far less than a system your team never adopts. Our Zoho implementation services page explains what is included.
How to save money on Zoho pricing in Nigeria
